My name is Aisha and I am a dedicated, caring, and compassionate Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist. My approach is genuine, client-centred and strength-based. I utilize modalities such as EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy.
Whether you are having challenges in your relationship and seeking couples counselling , experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, guilt, shame, racial and cultural trauma or feeling overwhelmed, or a combination of these things, I would be honoured to support you by creating a safe and brave space to explore these issues, build coping strategies, and reframe your thinking to move towards a more balanced life and your desired outcomes.
