You are ready to make a change and are in search of the right therapist to support you in your journey. The right therapist and the right approach are important elements to the success of your support and achieving your goals.

My name is Aisha and I am a dedicated, caring, and compassionate Registered Social Worker. My approach is genuine, client-centred and strength-based.  I utilize modalities such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Whether you are having challenges in your relationships, experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, guilt, shame, racial and cultural trauma or feeling overwhelmed, or a combination of these things, I would be honoured to support you by creating a safe and brave space to explore these issues, build coping strategies, and reframe your thinking to move towards a more balanced life and your desired outcomes.

In 2008, I Completed my Bachelor of Social Work degree at the University of Windsor and a Masters in Social Work at Wayne State University in Michigan.  Outside of private practice, I am a Clinical Manager within a mental health organization overseeing mental health programs, Clinical Social Workers and other mental health providers.

I believe in a strong client-therapist relationship where individuals feel safe to be their authentic selves without holding back, where you can trust your therapist and collaborate to make the changes you envision for your life. I am currently offering services virtually using a secure video conferencing platform and a 20-minute free consultation.  My rate is $150 per 50-minute session and I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available.

To connect please email me at or contact me via phone at 647-570-9781.

I look forward to connecting with you!
