(She/Her Pronouns)

Therapy can be one of the most profound, cathartic and challenging experiences in a person’s self-development and healing. Having personally experienced being both a client and a counselor, I know of the insightful and cathartic ways in which therapy can bring new insights and deeper meaning into our lives.

With over 10 years of experience working as social worker and therapist for adults and youth in Toronto, I am honoured to be now offering my services privately to individuals who are looking for a supportive and experiential therapeutic experience. Using an approach that combines the methodologies of Gestalt therapy, anti-oppressive/decolonized practice, and holistic perspectives, I work with clients relationally and holistically, supporting them in their unique process of self-discovery and personal development.

Choosing the right therapist for you can be one of the most important decisions you make on your path to self-discovery. Co-creative, supportive and critically informed care is a core value of the work that I do, and these are the values that I strive to bring to every session.
