(She/Her Pronouns)
With over 10 years of experience working as social worker and therapist for adults and youth in Toronto, I am honoured to be now offering my services privately to individuals who are looking for a supportive and experiential therapeutic experience. Using an approach that combines the methodologies of Gestalt therapy, anti-oppressive/decolonized practice, and holistic perspectives, I work with clients relationally and holistically, supporting them in their unique process of self-discovery and personal development.
Choosing the right therapist for you can be one of the most important decisions you make on your path to self-discovery. Co-creative, supportive and critically informed care is a core value of the work that I do, and these are the values that I strive to bring to every session.
