I am a registered Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals on their wellness journeys. I practice from a culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed approach and believe in creating a safe and non-judgemental space where you feel heard and supported. We will collaboratively explore the challenges you may be experiencing and build strategies to assist you with moving towards positive change.

I hold a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto and have experience working in mental health settings supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship and life challenges, burnout/stress and addictions. I have a special interest in working with individuals on their fertility and reproductive health journeys, given my personal experience with fertility. My practice incorporates various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. 

I was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia and have lived in Toronto for the last 15 years. I feel lucky to call Toronto and Vancouver home. In my spare time, my partner and I stay busy trying to keep up with our 4-year-old twin daughters. I enjoy walking and exploring our beautiful city. I also have a deep love for traveling and learning about different communities and how they live.

I sincerely look forward to working with you on achieving your goals. 

My rate is $165/hour for individual and $215 for couples, with a focus on fertility or parenting challenges. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation.
