Hi there! Have you recently been diagnosed with ADHD/ADD or suspect you may have it?

Are you:

  • Feeling stressed?
  • Behind in like or at work?
  • Feeling overwhelmed?
  • Having a hard time completing tasks?
  • Struggling to maintain a consistent routine?
  • Frustrated with keeping things organized?

ADHD (and any co-occurring mental health challenges) can impact your ability to engage fully in various areas your life. In my role, I work with you to figure out what is preventing you from living the life you want, while we work together to figure out how to overcome those barriers. The following image outlines how occupational therapy can help bridge the gap between your current situation and where you want to be.

My experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT) and Psychotherapist allows me to bring in specialized knowledge and skills in the areas of cognition, executive functioning and emotional regulation. ADHD/ADD and co-occurring mental health conditions require a holistic approach. My work is informed by techniques from many approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, Expressive Arts, Attachment Theories, Internal Family Systems, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. You and I will work together to create systems and strategies that work for you.

If you are feeling stuck, or wanting to try something different, please connect with me for a free 20-minute consultation. I am offering in-person sessions on Wednesdays and Sundays. I am also available virtually for daytime and evening sessions. Sessions are $140/hour. Please check with your insurance provider regarding coverage for sessions.
