Trained as a Systemic-Relational Couple and Family Therapist– my clinical passions are working with individuals, young people, and families. As a therapist, I value authenticity, empathy, and transparency. I value diversity and uphold an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lenses, alongside of integrating various therapeutic modalities to best meet your therapeutic needs and goals.
I offer a collaborative and non-judgmental safe space to discuss your emotional, mental health, relational, spiritual, and social needs. In therapy, I work collaboratively with you to explore deep-seated and day-to-day emotions, challenges, and narratives/ view of self. Whether your needs involve individual and/or relational therapy, we work together to heal, process, and identify practical solutions to your needs. I value and consider your all factors of your self-identity to support our therapeutic journey of attending to your personal and relational goals.

My rate is $150/hour for individuals and $170 /hour for couples and families. I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available.
