Welcome!  Thanks for connecting with me virtually.

What kind of support are you looking for?

Therapy helps people in so many different situations. For instance, you may be feeling…

  • stuck and looking for a new perspective or new coping strategies
  • stressed or overwhelmed and unsure what to do about it
  • that you want to work through feelings or experiences and don’t want to burden friends and family

How can I help?

I’m a Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist specializing in:

  • Grief, loss and bereavement, including support after MAiD
  • Anxiety
  • Workplace stress and burnout
  • Caregiver support for people caring for an adult, including dementia care
  • Relationship stress
  • Life transitions

…and much more.

I offer a free 20-minute phone or video consult so you can ask questions and learn how therapy can help.

What happens in a therapy session?

Therapy is a non-judgmental space for you to unpack and process what concerns you. Sessions are structured around your therapeutic goals – for instance, gaining insight into what creates distress and how to reduce it, exploring different perspectives and trying new coping strategies.
