- stuck and looking for a new perspective or new coping strategies
- stressed or overwhelmed and unsure what to do about it
- that you need to share your feelings and don’t want to burden friends and family
How can I help?
I’m a Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist specializing in:
- Grief, loss and bereavement
- Anxiety
- Workplace stress and burnout
- Caregiver support for people caring for an adult
- Relationship stress
- Life transitions
…and so much more.
I offer free 20-minute phone or video consults so you can ask questions and learn how therapy can help you.
What happens in a therapy session?
Therapy is a non-judgmental space for you to unpack and process what concerns you. Sessions focus on your therapy goals – for instance, gaining insight into what creates distress and how to reduce it, exploring different perspectives and trying new coping strategies.
