Mindfulness Meditation Program

An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Wednesday, repeating until Jun 26, 2019
Our mindfulness program with Dr. Adam Blestoe consists of learning meditation techniques and mindfulness skills used in daily life. We meet in small groups (12-16 people) for 1.5 hours a week over 8 weeks. During that time you will be gently guided through a learning experience that will help you get the most out of your time.

Attendees will learn:
the importance of living in the moment;
how this relates to less suffering;
improved resistance to stress;
living more true to themselves
Mindfulness assists in remaining calmer and more controlled despite the challenges of everyday life.
About the sessions:
Classes run 1.5 to 1.75 hours with a 10 minute break in the middle.
We facilitate an open, honest, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We try to accommodate as many special needs as we can during class. You are welcome to bring your own chair, pillow or other assistive to make your time as comfortable as possible. Animal assistants are welcome.
