Yoga For Resilience

This trauma-informed all-levels practice is centred around a mind-body experience that cultivates self-awareness and a more compassionate relationship with yourself and those around you.

With a focus on strength, mobility and nervous system regulation, you will discover how your body is designed to move, gain self-confidence, increase stress resilience, and improve your coordination and balance - from head to toes!

Every week, through yoga, movement and other embodied practices, we will explore what it means to harness the resilience you already possess. So come, be curious, and give yourself permission to have YOUR YOGA experience, in YOUR BODY, in YOUR WAY. Laughter is welcomed and encouraged!

MONDAYS: APRIL 29, MAY 6, 13, 20, 27 12:00PM - 1:00PM

SUNDAYS IN JUNE: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 11:00AM - 12:00PM

$90 - sign up for 4 classes and get the fifth class for free. Space is limited to 10 students. Contact Jenn Cardoso to register.
