What is self-regulation and why do you want to grow this skill? So you can be less reactive and more responsive at home, at work, at life! You can do this by drawing on your own ability to self regulate, AKA self-soothe. In this workshop you will discover simple body based self-regulation tools and practices to improve your ability to stay strong, calm and grounded even in the chaos.
