I am a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples on their wellness journeys. I practice from a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach, and I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

I work with individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, cultural identity exploration, and perinatal mental health concerns—including infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum anxiety/depression, and the transition to parenthood.

As a couples therapist, I support partners navigating transitions into parenthood, infertility, conflict resolution, communication challenges, and cross-cultural relationship dynamics.

My primary therapeutic modalities are Somatic Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems (Parts Therapy). Depending on your goals, I may also integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). When working with couples, I draw on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen connection and resolve conflict. I also incorporate culturally informed principles to support racialized individuals and couples.

We will work collaboratively to develop strategies to support your journey toward healing and growth.

My rate is $165/hour for individuals and $215 for couples, and I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation.
