Pronouns: She/her

Life can be a lot when you feel things deeply. You care about people, relationships, fairness, and the world, and may notice things others don’t. You might dwell on conflict, shifts in someone’s mood, or whether you’ve let someone down. Maybe you’ve always been sensitive, anxious, or hard on yourself, coping by being helpful, getting things right, keeping people happy, worrying ahead, or putting your needs aside. These habits may have helped you survive or belong, but now they’re exhausting you. You don’t want to care less—you want caring to cost you less.

Together, we’ll get curious about where these patterns came from and what you need now. We’ll explore how trauma, neurodivergence, burnout, and/or high empathy shape how you relate to yourself, others, and work. Therapy can help you rethink old rules, build boundaries, process feelings, and make more room for your needs, joy, and authentic self.

You don’t need to have yourself figured out before coming to therapy, and you don’t need to do therapy perfectly. I’ll bring curiosity, warmth, knowledge, and honest feedback; you can bring yourself as you are. I care about you whether you succeed or struggle. If you think we might work well together, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.

Professional Background

I draw from over twenty years in community services working in harm reduction, anti-violence, and community development. I have worked with many equity-seeking groups and helped clients to navigate deeply flawed systems. I translate the skills of a social justice-based facilitator, educator, and curriculum developer to group and individual therapy. Together with my clients, I collaboratively innovate new directions for uncovering patterns and building new skills. However, I value the therapeutic relationship most of all: warmth, non-judgement, kindness. I care about you whether you succeed or struggle.
