Have you ever said to yourself, “I feel burnt out, I feel overwhelmed”? I work with women in their 40s who feel exactly like you do, burnt out, overwhelmed and even grieving the life they thought they would have. We can experience many different types of loss in our lives and grief can show up when we are not expecting it.

Also, if you have experienced the death of a loved one, I can help walk with you through the grieving process, even if the emotions feel too overwhelming right now.

I describe my style as gentle, supportive listening. You will feel heard, understood and supported in a non-judgmental space. Laughter can happen just as often as crying in a session.

I know the power of counselling, having used social work services at different times in my life. I have a eye disease and use a white cane to get around. Some people see disability as a tragedy, yet it hasn’t stopped me from making my world famous eggplant lasagna. I also love to dance, read fiction and spend time snuggling with my cat.

I’ve been a Counsellor since 2012.
