(She/Her Pronouns)
Currently accepting clients for virtual, in-person, and walk-and-talk therapy.
I am a registered social worker with over 10 years of experience providing support to youth (10+), young adults, and adults. I hold a specialty in working with 2SLGBTQIA+ people to explore their identity, confront barriers to living authentically, envision their futures, as well as for their family members looking to better understand their 2SLGBTQIA+ family member. I collaborate with my clients to set goals, move through life transitions, and create a grounding space for regular check-ins. I see clients between Mondays – Thursdays between 9:30-5 pm and have some Saturday morning virtual availability.
As a white, bi/queer, cis woman, I root my therapy in anti-oppression, trauma-informed practice, Relational-Cultural Theory, and am trained in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy. I am supportive and informed on asexuality, aromanticism, polyamory, and intersex experiences.
My areas of focus are:
- Gender Identity
- Sexual Orientation
- Anxiety and Depression
- Attachment
- Peer Relationships
- Harm Reduction
- Parenting
