(She/Her Pronouns)

Do you find yourself overthinking, feeling insecure, or overwhelmed by intense emotions? You might look put-together on the outside, but underneath, you feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, low self-worth, or fear of rejection. If you are curious about your patterns and want to better understand your triggers, therapy can be a powerful space to gain clarity, find relief, and make sense of your story.

As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I am here to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment. You don’t need to have it all figured out; we’ll work together, at your pace, to make sense of what you’re experiencing and find the next right steps. Meaningful change happens when we address your present-day struggles while gently exploring the deeper stories you carry about who you are. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or clinical supervision as a fellow practitioner, I offer a collaborative, grounded space where your insight and authentic self are fully welcome.

I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Narrative Therapy, Parts Work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Attachment Theory. Prior to private practice, I spent years in prominent pediatric, educational, and mental health settings across Toronto. My public-sector experience includes working as a School Social Worker at the Toronto District School Board and as a Child and Family Therapist at the SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health (formerly the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre), where I also completed my clinical fellowship. I have held clinical roles at Kinark Child and Family Services and provided research support at Holland-Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and my Bachelor of Arts (Honours Psychology) from the University of Ottawa.
