She/Her Pronouns

Are you seeking positive change and searching for a therapist to guide you through life’s transitions, develop coping strategies, explore goals, and foster positive mental health habits?

In my private practice, I specialize in supporting individuals, including children, in developing growth mindset and self-regulation skills to navigate challenging emotions and situations. My commitment extends to empowering marginalized communities and individuals with invisible disabilities, utilizing an anti-oppressive framework to promote self-worth and overall well-being.
