Shaolin Internal Qi Gong Breathing Workshop

An ancient Chinese technique emphasizing relaxation, balance, coordination, and agility. Qi Gong & Tai Chi is a total system of exercises promoting circulation, flexibility, inner strength as well as mental and physical discipline. These practices are known to clear the mind, increase balance and coordination, as well as improve the quality of all the essential functions – like sleep, digestion and breathing.
Facilitated by Yuan Jing, a Shaolin Warrior Monk from the Shaolin Temple in China. He has been studying traditional Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Meditation since the age of 12. Learn more about him and his practice here.
