Mindfulness is a popular for its’ ability to calm the mind and relax the body. Many of us find stitchery – knitting, crochet, sewing – helps us also achieve calmness and relaxation. So why not combine the two?
Come to an evening of Mindful Stitching. It doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner or very experienced, bring your handiwork, whatever it may be. We will have a fun and relaxed evening of gentle mindfulness practices, working on our handiwork projects, and connecting with others.
