Our Story
The Healing Collective was born of a need for a mental wellness community in East End Toronto. Abby Rozen, a local social worker and psychotherapist founded the collective in 2018 after facing a growing need for local therapists that she could refer to as she faced a growing waitlist for services.
Our collective journey began with a simple, but powerful belief: healing happens in community. As the vision grew, Melissa Taylor, MSW, Tricia Grant, MSW, and Cherokee Macleod, Reiki Master joined the ownership team, each bringing their own wisdom, lived experiences, and healing modalities. Together, they formed a collective grounded in shared values and a deep respect for the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
We are more than a practice, we are a community.
Healing Collective members serve individuals, couples, families, and friends across Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Quebec, and Newfoundland & Labrador, we strive to create a safe, affirming space where healing is possible. Whether you are navigating trauma, relationships, life transitions, or seeking deeper self-awareness, our team is here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.
At the heart of our work is this truth: You don’t have to do it alone.
